Detailed description
Bp Turbo Oil 2389 is an aviation jet oil with low viscosity, good low temperature performance, and meets the MIL-PRF-7808L Grade 3 technical specification. It is widely used in relatively early aviation jet engines, as well as in auxiliary starters and power systems for various types of aircraft.
The Eastaman Turbo Oil 2389, unlike the Bp 2380, was designed for older turbojet engines. The upper limit of hypothermia removal is relatively low, about 175℃. The kinematic viscosity is 3cSt at 100℃, which is also lower than 2380 and 2197.
