7014-1 high temperature grease is a high temperature grease made of synthetic oil thickened with organic thickener and refined with various additives such as anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion.

 

This grease is improved on the basis of 7014 aviation grease, and the low temperature performance index is improved from minus 60℃ to minus 40℃. However, the high temperature performance has increased, and the practical performance such as mechanical stability and adhesion has also been further enhanced

It is suitable for the lubrication of rolling bearings and sliding bearings of various machines with high speed working at high temperature, such as auxiliary boiler rotating nozzle bearings of large chemical plants, sleeve bearings of plastic extruders, induced draft fans of cracking furnaces, regeneration gas compressors, etc., and the lubrication of gears, chains and clutches working in high temperature environments, such as stretching tenter machines, heat setting drying chambers, baking machines, and high temperature dyeing tanks.
