Detailed description

AeroShell Fluid 41 (US Army standard MIL-PRF-5606H) is a mineral hydraulic fluid with similar positioning to Aeroshell Fluid 15, but with a higher degree of cleanliness (Class V). The product is made of low condensing mineral oil as base oil and additives such as antioxidant and wear-resistant agent. In order to make it easier to distinguish, Sudan red dye is also added, so that the appearance is red. The oil is currently one of the standard aviation hydraulic oil in civil aviation, NATO and general aviation, and the market is relatively large.

 

1. The product is a mineral type aviation hydraulic oil conforming to the standard MIL-PRF-5606H, with excellent low temperature performance and high cleanliness (above grade 5);

 

2. This type of hydraulic oil is developed for aircraft hydraulic system, suitable for low temperature environment such as landing gear;

3. The product can be used for synthetic rubber seals, not for natural rubber seals;

 

4. Sudan red stain has certain toxicity, should take good protection during operation, ingestion, eyes please seek medical attention immediately;

 

5. The available parts include but are not limited to the flight wing surface control system, landing gear, deceleration plate, internal hydraulic oil pump and other hydraulic systems;

 

6. Do not mix with synthetic hydrocarbons and phosphate aviation hydraulic oil, or cause changes in the chemical properties and performance of both sides.
