Great Wall 7007 and 7008 general aviation greases are refined general aviation greases made from synthetic oil thickened with soap-based thickeners, and added with structural improvers and antioxidant additives. Among them, 7008 grease is also added with excellent anti-rust additives.

 

The performance of Great Wall 7007 and 7008 general aviation greases meets the requirements of the US MIL-G-3278A specification and the British D.T.D 825B specification;

 

In terms of product performance, 7007 grease can replace British ISOFLEX LDS 18 grease; 7008 grease can replace Becan 325 Shell 7 grease.

 

Application range:

 

This product was originally designed for aviation grease. It is a multi-purpose aviation grease suitable for lubrication of aviation motor bearings and gears, operating mechanism fulcrums, assembly connections, and certain instruments and meters. It is also suitable for lubrication of high-speed ball bearings;

 

For non-aviation fields, it is used for 5000r/min~20000r/min grinder spindles, 2000r/min continuous spinning twisting machine spindle bearings, 3600r/min air-spinning separate spindle bearings and ball bearings of electromechanical equipment working outdoors in cold areas (such as DC generators), instrument motor bearings, high-speed household micromotors (such as household pulverizers, electric shavers) and low-temperature liquid delivery pumps (such as methane, ethane reflux pumps) motors and other bearings;

 

Applicable temperature range: -60℃~120℃.
